Participant registrations are probably filled already, but you should apply for a future HAN event as the waiting period does take some time. You must
submit an application to register as a participant to get on the waiting
list and then hope for cancellations.
The waiting time can span several years. If you are considering going as spectator in 2009, you might want to make your hotel reservations right now, hotels book up very quickly and may already be tight at the hotel/motel that you prefer.
